About Pacific Maternity Group

We are a group of family physicians who are committed to providing quality maternity and labour care. Delivering babies is a very positive part of our medical practice.

We each have our own office practices. Office care involves taking a detailed medical history, a physical exam, and regular office visits throughout your pregnancy.

Our group has joined together to share our hospital responsibilities. At any one time, one of us provides hospital care for all of our patients. Hospital care includes pre delivery care in hospital if required, urgent and emergency assessments after 20 weeks of pregnancy, labour and delivery care, and post delivery care of you and your newborn. We refer back to your family doctor 6-8 weeks after your baby is born and send a discharge summary to your doctor

We take referrals from your family doctor or from any patient without a doctor as early as possible in pregnancy. You can call our office directly to make an appointment.

Our objectives are:
  • to achieve healthy outcomes for mothers and babies
  • to promote childbirth as a natural and healthy process
  • To involve you and your support person in decision making

He also enjoys the 13 km bike ride each morning, along the Galloping Goose from home to the office. His practice is in the Langford City Hall Building at Jacklin and Goldstream. Dr. Carol Ng

301-1711 Cook St, Victoria, BC

Fax 250-940-1838

I have enjoyed practicing family medicine with a focus in maternity care for over 10 years. I completed my medical education and training at the University of British Columbia and at the University of Toronto. With each birth that I witness, I feel more privileged to be a part of helping each new baby meet its family for the first time. My favorite past times include exploring different ethnic cuisines and spending time in the beautiful outdoors.

Outside of work, Dr. Olsen is active in the community, and loves music and the arts, reading and sewing. Her favourite past time of all, though, is cheering her kids on in their many adventures and activities.
